Sukuna’s reincarnation gets undone on Megumi’s body as Megumi fights back, resulting in Sukuna’s defeat. After the conversation between Yuji and Sukuna, Megumi wakes up to find Yuji and Nobara goofily trying to surprise him. When he asks them, they reply that it’s a Kugisaki Revival Surprise.

The trio goes on with their joyful banter. Yuji gives the letters from Gojo Sensei, which Shoko gave him. They were surprised to get letters as the fact that Gojo wrote letters seemed slightly gross to them. Yuji says he didn’t get a letter as he had a conversation directly with Gojo sensei.

Nobara crushes the letter soon after reading it, saying that it had her mother’s whereabouts, which she didn’t want to know about. Megumi is seen laughing wholeheartedly after reading the letter because it reads- “Unfortunately, your father isn’t around anymore- because I killed him!! Sorry!!”.
