Mobile Klinik and Apkudo announce partnership to improve device repair process

Telus’ Mobile Klinik and Apkudo are working to improve the device repair and refurbishment processes. The collaboration with Apkudo and its automation technology will let Mobile Klinik streamline device testing and grading, reduce operational risks, scale operations and ensure that every refurbished pre-owned device meets the OEM’s rigorous standards.

Customers will benefit from greater transparency regarding their device’s lifecycle and get a wider selection of pre-owned devices. Apkudo’s automation technology can give customers an added layer of confidence because they’ll know that every certified pre-owned device has been thoroughly tested.

Mobile Klinik has more than 130 stores around the country where customers can buy, sell, connect, and repair the devices online and in-store. The retailer is owned by the B.C.-based national telecom Telus.
