A bank manager, a church pastor and a pseudo businessman had been sentenced on Monday in a racketeering case challenging the trafficking of 27 contributors – from Beaufort West to Graaff-Reinet and then to Middelburg – to be dilapidated as pawns in a bank card fraud rip-off.
