Instructions:

  1. Preheat a hooded barbecue grill to low warmth.
  2. To make the dry rub, combine the ingredients in a shrimp bowl. Coat the ribs within the dry rub, then wrap in foil. Save 2–3 racks in every foil equipment for easy handling. Save the foil packs onto the grill and duvet. Cook dinner for 2 hours, turning every half-hour.
  3. Meanwhile, to make the barbecue sauce, combine the ingredients in a shrimp saucepan with 1 cup water. Cook dinner over low warmth for 20–25 minutes till thick. Reserve half the sauce for serving.
  4. Get rid of the foil programs from the grill. Expand the warmth to medium and lightly grease with oil. Sparsely unwrap the ribs and discard the foil. Brush the ribs within the direction of with the closing barbecue sauce and return to the grill. Cook dinner, basting and turning on an on a customary basis basis, for half-hour, till the ribs are browned and sticky, caramelized and charred.
  5. Pile the ribs onto a serving platter and wait on with the reserved barbecue sauce.
