ZEEvia its wholly owned subsidiary IDPLhas entered into an aggreement with Media, PR & Promoting firm Newsreach to make investments Rs 8.76 crore.
The investment will be finished via subscribing to fairness shares and/or convertible fairness linked instruments (Optionally Convertible Redeemable Desire Shares) of Newsreach.
The investment will happen in tranches. The Tranche – 1 investment is expected to be finished by or sooner than June 30, 2024.
