1 dead, 10 injured in fire in Pasig City

In a GMA News report “24 Oras Weekend,” The Bureau of Fire Protection said up to 20 houses were burned and at least 60 families were left homeless.
The cause of the fire that reached the second alarm is still being investigated.
In a separate report by Carlo Mateo of Super Radyo dzBB, Carlo Mateo, a resident said that the fire started in a house without electricity.
The fire reportedly started at 3:47 am on Acacia Street. According to BFP ground commander Robert Marabilla, the fire was extinguished at 6:03 am
The dead victim was found in one of the burned houses.
According to the Pasig Police, the Scene of the Crime (SOCO) personnel will conduct an investigation into the incident.– FRJ, GMA Integrated News
