Vignette Collection Mallorca – Finca Banyols joins a pipeline of six Spanish Luxury & Lifestyle properties.

IHG Hotels & Resorts (IHG), one of the world’s leading hotel companies, will introduce its Vignette Collection brand to Spain following an agreement with Prevario Banyols [Owner] and Hotel Collection International – HCI [Management].

Vignette Collection Mallorca – Finca Banyols illustrates IHG’s growth in Spain, adding to our presence with nine Luxury and Lifestyle hotels in the country. The hotel joins a growing portfolio of Vignette Collection properties around the world, which is set to reach 100 hotels in 10 years, bolstering IHG’s luxury and lifestyle portfolio, one of the world’s largest.

Poised to open in the first half of 2025, the 45-guestrooms property will be located in the historical destination of Alaró, Mallorca – the largest of Spain’s Balearic Islands in the Mediterranean Sea.

Vignette Collection Mallorca – Finca Banyols, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees will provide distinctive cuisine offering a causal restaurant, stylish bar and a signature fine-dining restaurant. The hotel will also feature spa treatment rooms and one indoor and one outdoor pool, as well as substantial events space.

Vignette Collection is IHG Hotels & Resorts’ first collection brand and represents a curation of distinct hand-picked hotels, each offering one-of-a-kind stays in destinations to remember. With the smallest villa at 175 square meters, the property has some of the largest villas in the Maldives. Facilities include two restaurants and bars, an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness center, a spa, a retail outlet, and a diving and watersports center.

IHG Hotels & Resorts Signs Three Hotels in Turks & Caicos

IHG Hotels & Resorts announced three signings across its global luxury and lifestyle portfolio in Turks & Caicos for InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, and Hotel Indigo. Developed in partnership with owner Molo Hotel Group and United Kingdom-based management group Lighthouse Hotel Management, both Slominski family-owned companies, the resorts will mark IHGs debut on the celebrated Caribbean island and are all poised to open by 2027.

Set on Turks & Caicos Grace Bay, the properties will be brought to life by Glasgow-based architecture and interior design studio Ica, working in partnership with Turks & Caicos-based Conservative Architecture and Miami-based landscape architecture firm EDSA.   • InterContinental Turks & Caicos: The new-build InterContinental Turks & Caicos will span seven stories. The all-suite property will be comprised of 59 suites offering ocean vistas. A ground-floor restaurant and bar, outdoor pool, on-site fitness center, and Club InterContinental lounge will be available.
  • Kimpton Turks & Caicos: The 192-room new-build Kimpton Turks & Caicos will offer a sense of retreat. In addition to its shoreline setting, the boutique luxury property will have three outdoor pools as well as a spa and fitness center. Seven dining options will include a beachfront restaurant, rooftop bar, poolside bars, ice cream, coffee parlor, and juice bar, as well as a ground-floor restaurant and lobby bar.
