Applicable to manual box sandblasting machine and box-shaped automatic sandblasting machine.
A burst nozzle of the air accelerates and abrasives as the mixture comes out at the end of the tube.
The cone and the length of the inlet and outlet nozzles determine the pattern and speed of the abrasive exiting the nozzle.
These spare Sandblasting nozzles are for use in many blasting Cabinet units.

Operation:
1. The operator inserts the washer nozzle into a contractor nozzle-support nozzle and nozzle screws, turn to hand, until you sit firmly against the washer.
2. with all the related equipment correctly assembled and tested, the operator points the nozzle to the surface to be cleaned and presses the remote control handle to start blasting.
3. the operator holds the nozzle 18 at 36 inches from the surface and moves smoothly at a speed that produces the desired cleanliness. Each step should overlap slightly.
4. The operator must replace the nozzle once the orifice is worn 1/16-inches beyond its size.
