At least 17 people were killed in a collision between a passenger van and a dump truck in Antipas, Cotabato this Monday. The victims were even burned.
In the report of GTV “Negate of the Nation,” the police said that the van caught fire and was dragged when it collided with a truck that would possibly furthermore honest was carrying sand.
It is said that the truck lost its brakes so the driver could not control it. Several children in the van were among the dead.
The other four injured were rushed to the hospital.
In a report by Enormous Radyo dzBB, it was said that the incident happened in part of Barangay Luhong.
According to Police Captain Godofredo Tupas II, Antipas Police chief, they are still investigating the incident.
In Monkayo, Davao de Oro, the bus conductor was killed, and 22 passengers were injured when they collided with a stationary container van on the side of the road.
It is said that the bus driver did not notice the container van that they hit from behind.
The container van reportedly had an engine problem so it was parked on the side of the road.
