The police suspect that the victim was dozing while driving contaminated by the statement of the truck driver who was running in the right lane of the road.

Based mostly fully on our interview with the driver of the truck, he could clearly see that he was already bent over the steering wheel while riding the motorcycle. It’s possible that he was closing his eyes as he forced himself into the wind. Maybe he was taking a nap and this is what caused him to occupy (the line of the truck),” according to Police Main Ernie Delos Santos, chief of the San Pascual Police Situation.

The victim was rushed to the hospital but was declared ineffective on arrival. — FRJ, GMA Built-in News
