IHG Hotels & Resorts announces the arrival of its Vignette Collection brand in Spain with the signing of the Vignette Collection Mallorca – Finca Banyols hotel. This marks an important milestone for IHG in Spain, where the group is strengthening its presence in the luxury and lifestyle sector with nine hotels in the country.
Scheduled to open in the first half of 2025, Vignette Collection Mallorca – Finca Banyols will be located in Alaró, on the island of Mallorca, the largest of the Balearic Islands. With 45 rooms, the hotel will offer a varied gastronomic offer, including a restaurant, a bar and a gourmet restaurant. Facilities will also include a spa, indoor pool, outdoor pool and event space.
The addition of Vignette Collection Mallorca – Finca Banyols brings to 24 the number of Vignette Collection properties already open worldwide, with a target of reaching 100 hotels in the next ten years. The brand seeks to offer an authentic travel experience while leveraging IHG’s expertise and revenue systems.
In Europe, this property joins a network of eight Vignette Collection hotels under development and three already open, including Vignette Collection Casa da Companhia and Vignette Collection Lisbon Convent Square in Portugal, as well as The Halyard Liverpool, Vignette Collection in the UK. This development underlines IHG’s commitment to meeting the growing demand for unique and refined luxury and lifestyle experiences.
