Vehicles parked in the floodway were submerged when heavy rains poured down in Baguio

14 vehicles parked in the waterway were submerged in up to seven feet of water when the heavy rain suddenly poured in Baguio City.

In a report by Claire Lacanilao of GMA Regional TV One North Central Luzon on GMA Info 24 Oras this Thursday, it was said that the incident happened in the City Camp Lagoon part of Barangay Decrease Rock Quarry, this Wednesday night.

The flooding is said to be caused by the blocked garbage in the drainage canal.
