The Nationwide Chairman of the Labour Celebration (LP) Comrade Julius Abure, has warned the President of the Nigeria Labour Congress, Comrade Joe Ajaero, towards utilizing the NLC’s platform, budget, and assets for his aspirations to vie for the presidency in 2027 or the governorship of Imo Suppose.
Abure issued this warning in Asaba, Delta Suppose on Wednesday essentially based completely totally on the closure of the Labour Celebration’s Nationwide Headquarters by protesting NLC members. The protesters were calling for his swift elimination because the Nationwide Chairman of the event.

While stressing that Joe Ajaero is no longer officially affiliated with the Labour Celebration, Abure clarified that the event is no longer under the possession of the NLC as asserted by the labor union.
He mentioned: “All the intention through the final few years, NLC has been claiming possession of Labour Celebration. l must command clearly that NLC is no longer the proprietor of Labour Celebration. The event is no longer owned by NLC.
